Keeping a smile on for my son

I'm going through some shitty stuff at the moment. Can't be helped.

What I really want to do is hide.

I have a three year old who currently spends most of his time with me. Nursery two days a week.

Anybody have any tips on how to keep up the happy flappy Mummy act? I know I'm being more irritable at the moment and it's hard to be the fun, happy, encouraging Mother.

The only thing I can think of is anti-D's . I've been on them before and they wiped me out.

I'm drowning here

Just because you reacted poorly to one anti depressant doesn't mean they all won't help. It took years for me to find the right dose and tablets (but I'm bipolar and schizophrenic so need s few) give it a go and if you don't like it after 3 months try another till you find one that works for youSmile
