Is this depression?

For about a year I've been feeling all of these things, not all day everyday but 75% of the time. This has got worse since I had a baby at the end of last year. I have an appointment with the GP next week but I don't know if this is depression or if it's just life?
In the 25% of the time I feel "fine" but can go quickly in to not feeling fine.

Useless
Don't want to/can't be bothered doing anything
Don't look forward to much
Very easily pissed off
No patience
Want to leave any time girls moan/cry
Cant concentrate
Little interest in things
Zero sex drive
Panic attacks
Keep forgetting things
Want to be alone

Thanks!

Yes, these can be depressive symptoms. Do you have anyone to support you? Make an appointment to speak to your GP. things do get better, I've been where you are now.

Sounds like you’re not happy with your life to be honest. Bored, unfulfilled.

I have my husband who's supporting me going to gp. Hopefully they can give me some answers.
I'm insanely bored but have no idea/opportunity what to do to change it.

Do you work?

Catsinpjs · 13/03/2020 20:58

No I stay at home with the kids as my husband works different hours each week.

All of these together, I would go to your GP.

Can you get a job? How old are the kids. Use child care?
