Health and anxiety

I need you all!

I had a terrible episode this afternoon. I had just finished checking how many alcohol wipes I have ( I have to have them as part of my job - I am not stockpiling). I then went with DH to the supermarket and I picked up some mixed fruit instead of sultanas...I couldn't read the label...I went with how it 'looked'. DH and I laughed saying I was getting as blind as a bat ( I need strong reading glasses). But I really couldn't see...I thought my glasses were dirty so I cleaned them when we got home.
It made no difference.
I kept calm and told DH I needed to see an optician ...but by then every where was closed. DH started getting ready to take me to A&E ( the car needs its wheel putting on). Whilst he was doing this I got an incredible pain in my chest and it felt like my left arm was being squeezed tight.
I wasn't breathless,
And then suddenly my eyesight came back and my chest stopped hurting...

My eyesight was strange...my field of vision had gone in the left hand half of my left eye. Where the vision started it was like waves on a puddle. My right eye had a big patch missing too ...on the left side (close to my nose) with the waves too.

I have had migraines years ago but nothing like this ...I am on BP meds, no antidepressants.

I do have anxiety and all this virus stuff is sending me over the edge.

I also worry that my symptoms are anxiety related...I felt better very quickly, but I also worry I might have symptoms which I have put down to anxiety and they turn out to be real. This has happened to me before!

I am also an ex nurse ( strangely enough eyes were my speciality) ...so my symptoms say some horrors to me...

I am in a pickle

Thank you
