Citalopram help

I've been taking Citalopram for PND and PNA for 2 days. I feel like crap. I'm constantly nauseous, have no appetite (very unlike me indeed), really tired and I have DS to look after.

Any tips especially for the nausea. I'm rarely sick and so far this week I've thrown up twice. I mean I guess it's one way to lose the baby weight but I can't say I'm enjoying it.

Congratulations on your new one first of all x

Symptoms when starting antidepressants are very common and don't usually last more than two weeks. It takes 4 to 6 to 8 weeks for the medication to get to the therapeutic dose (depending on the drug). You should say start to see improvements soon. If you're still struggling with nausea I recommend buying an anti-sickness medication over the counter at the pharmacy.

All the best x

Thanks @PurpleFrames I'll try and get down to the pharmacy.
