Last week I had my fluoxetine increased from 20 to 40. For the last Day or so I’ve been increasingly feeling much worse, much more depressed and lethargic. Am I to assume if will get worse before it gets better? I honestly feel like the dementors have sucked the joy from me, well what was left.
