Could this be part of the problem?

Hi,
I wasn’t sure what section to write this in but I’m at a point in my life where I just need to ask this question before I book a doctors appointment tomorrow.

In my almost 26 years I have never suffered with mental health until the beginning of 2019, which was so bad, but gradually got easier when I removed the triggers.

I am currently in a job that is making me so unhappy, my anxiety has come back 100% worse, but I’ve found that it’s no longer revolving around work but now my home life.
I have thoughts about people dying for no apparent reason, or something bad is going to happen to them.

I’ve tried speaking to my other half about this but it’s hard because he can’t fully support me when I’m unsure what is causing this or why I’m feeling like I am. He’s been so understanding and patient though.

(Sorry I’m advance to the men) I take the mini pill and know of the side effects such as depression and low moods etc and many women have said once they stopped taking this, gradually they felt so much more at ease and began feeling themselves.

So, what I’m trying to say is, has any other woman experienced this and if so, if you stopped taking hormonal contraception, did you feel a bit better in yourself?

(I’m sorry for the long thread)
