Been on 50mg for 6 months, have started to taper off, reduced to 37.5mg for the last 3 weeks and I feel dreadful! It's like morning sickness meets a hangover meets an ear infection!! I'm trying to taper slowly but then a feels like such a small reduction, how do I get through the rest??! My blood sugar feels off, like I just want to eat constantly. Any experiences? What can I do to help myself better?x

I'm probably not the best example as I went cold turkey from 200mg but it does get better. The first few weeks were rough but my body adjusted relatively quickly after that. Honestly, I just powered through it. Slept when I could (have a small baby so not often!) and didn't attempt anything very challenging either physically and mentally. Might be worth speaking to your doctor though if you're really suffering; mine knew what I was doing although didn't approve obviously!
