Is anybody to just support me on this? I know it has to be done but I don't want to get rid of them all, it's making me quite nervous thinking about it because they are my safety net - I don't really think I even want to use them but I also don't want to get rid of them, my partners found out about them though so now I have to give them up. Sorry if that seems a bit rambly I feel very anxious at the minute.
