Anxiety - help!

So I suffer with anxiety - and recently it has been THROUGH THE ROOF.
I am already on medication. I feel
Like I'm having a mild panic attack all of the time.
I'm really struggling at work to focus, and I feel like everyone just thinks I'm shit. And everyday I think 'tomorrow I'll feel better, and do better' but I never feel better.
How do you get on top of anxiety like this?

Have you tried any kind of “box breathing”?

Is it possible it’s not the right medication for you? Or not the right dosage?
Is your job the type where you can “walk it off” a little?
