Just looking for some advice or sensible words.
I have post natal anxiety which mainly presents as health anxiety although I do have general anxiety too buts it the health anxiety that is out of control.
Had a day out planned tomorrow to a popular tourist destination but thinking of cancelling as I am so worried that there will be tourists there who are from countries affected by Coronavirus. I try so hard to keep on top of my anxieties so it doesn't affect my kids so I am really torn on what to do...if we do go I will be anxious all day but if we don't go I am going to be beating myself up that I have prevented my kids doing something I know they will love.
I am on the waiting list for CBT but still waiting
