I have terrible self-esteem that stems from severe bullying and parental issues. I have had years and years of CBT and counselling. I really do commit to it and understand where it comes from and the steps to take but it never actually seems to change my underlying feelings. I’ve had EMDR for complex PTSD, seen a psychiatrist who didn’t think there was anything else other than anxiety (which I do still struggle with and have help for), seen a psychologist and had CBT and counselling. Can anyone think of anything else to suggest? I am willing to try anything, I’m fed up of feeling like this.
