Anyone else? Been doing a lot of research into how I’m feeling, how I’m coping and looking for answers into why I feel like I do. Came across articles on imposter syndrome and catastophising in my research and oh my god, it’s me. It’s how I feel. It’s how I react. It’s how I am. And now I’m trying to help myself by looking at treatments for this.
Anyone else had these thoughts, diagnosis’s and had successful outcomes.
