How to access DBT?

I have an EUPD diagnosis, and have been discharged from secondary care (offered CBT). I have asked my GP - they didn't know what it was and said they needed to check whether the surgery would have to pay for it.

In our area it's the CMHT (secondary care) that can offer DBT although they don't seem to offer it to everyone. Are there other secondary care options in your area or region? Why have you been discharged?

I can be referred via GP, according to the NHS website in my area. I've been discharged because I am well enough but feel I could benefit from DBT as i've never had any therapy and want to try to protect myself from becoming unwell again
