Day hospital experiences

I've just agreed to attend the day hospital. I am worried that they may say I'm too high risk, they specifically said they'd be monitoring my risk and I must be honest with them. It's hard to be honest if the result is an admission, which they did mention. The activities may help to distract though.

Pretty dull to be honest, the nurses sat in the staffroom most of the time while the patients sat in the day room reading papers or chatting.

Activities were good but not many of them.

Not a terrible experience but not great either.

Thanks ginger. 10-3:30 is a long time to fill. Easy to be bored

I'm feeling anxious about going to the day hospital tomorrow.

How did it go?

It was ok in parts, it's a distraction anyway. Only tomorrow to go, then that's it for the week. Hopefully my increased meds will kick in soon.
