Sertraline and continuing side effects

I’ve been on sertraline for almost a year. I still have really bad night time sweats and also of recent times the most awful wind that is really quite obnoxious. Overall I’m so much better on the tablets but these side effects are really quite hard to cope with, particularly the constant wind in my tummy as the smell is very embarrassing. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes! I have terrible wind too. I’ve been on them 8 weeks and kinda hoped that it would wear off

Been on sertraline since start of october, feel much better in myself but also suffering with bad night sweats to the point my hair wakes up wet 😟 also have very painful boobs!

Thanks both for replying. Good to know I’m not the only one but glad to know they are helping! I am also drenched in sweat each night and do get painful boobs too but that’s not unusual for me.

I was on sertraline a few years ago and the wind was wild, I hadn’t even linked it as a side effect until I stopped. It also massively triggered my bulimia which was why I actually stopped taking them.
