I'm not coping

Up and down, up and down. It never stops. No-one can help. I go from being invincible to the depths of despair. Today I've had enough.

@crankyhousewife Have you recached out to anyone for help? It's so important to seek support when you're feeling down. Do you have someone you can please confined in?

Be kind to yourself, we all have ups and downs and it's totally normal. Perhaps try to do something you like doing whether that's going for a walk in nature, nice bubble bath or a nice hot drink. Sending you love.

Thank you. I saw my GP yesterday and he wants to see me again. I'm just sick of it.

Has something major happened in yoir life to trigger this off?
Divorce, Death, health problem, menopause, job situation, abuse, money problems?

Thank you. I've recently had a bereavement although even though it was someone I was very close to I feel okay about it. I should be floored by grief but I'm not. I'm sure that's not normal.

I'm feeling marginally better today. I think I was making a lot of fuss about nothing.

The bereavement may have triggered certain feelings in you.

I am sure you were not making a fuss , but had valid feelings.

I hope you are being gentle and kind to yourself and having a bit of ‘me’ time if that is possible.

Make sure you are eating and sleeping well. Take a good vitamin supplement.
Have a little walk in the fresh air. Treat yourself to a nice cup of coffee!

Don’t be so harsh on yourself and love yourself more.

Maybe look into counselling for your bereavement so that you can process what has happened.

You can refer yourself to some counselling places on the NHS.
