crisis team worried

I've just chatted to the crisis team, and they said they're worried about me. Should I be concerned? Or not tell them as much?

I'm not sure I can be, it feels unsafe, they might do a mh act assessment if they're worried.

Do you feel safe? Presumably they’re worried because they believe you’re not, based on something you’ve said.

Ultimately the most important thing is that you don’t hurt yourself, and so if you believe that’s a possibility you need to be totally honest with them.

If you think there’s been a crossed wire or misunderstanding somewhere or they’ve assumed things that aren’t right then I’m sure another conversation will sort it out.

There could have been a misunderstanding. If you feel that you are safe in community tell them that.

Sorry to hear that, Snowy. I think if you can explain the reasons why you believe you’re safe in the community with support (write them down if you think it’ll help you keep them straight) then they should be able to work with you - after all, they will be trying to avoid admission if possible. The only exception I can think of is if you’re engaging in dangerous behaviour that you don’t accept is a problem, such as severe anorexia.

I've heard from my care coordinator, I've agreed to consider a day hospital assessment.

and I've got the crisis team number, I just can't ring it.
