Anyone on sertraline?

Just started taking it yesterday and I feel horrendous
Headache, exhausted, feel sick, blisters on my fingers and toes and I can't eat.
The packaging says the nausea should go away in a few days but o feel horrendous, has anyone else experienced this and it's gotten better over time?

I took it for 6 months. Symptoms you describe went away after about 3 weeks, but it kept interfering with my sleep so I stopped taking it recently.

I've recently started it, a few weeks ago, I was getting diarrhoea whenever I ate anything but toast, so I stopped taking it for a few days and my stomach was fine. But my mental health really declined to the point that I can't function, DP made me take it again this morning, was on 50mg but he made me take 2 of them, and the diarrhoea is back again even worse, as soon as I eat anything. So don't know what to do, I can't carry on with bad stomach every day yet without the Sertraline my mental health deteriorates

I am. It took 2 weeks of feeling dreadful and then my mood normalised. It’s been a godsend for me.

Great - thanks for the replies! I'm only two days in but I feel so awful I wasn't sure it was worth feeling like that
