CBD Oil for mental health

People with mental health issues like anxiety and depression have been looking toward natural options like CBD oil. Now that it’s legal in all 50 states (as long as it has next to no THC, which is true for most brands anyway), it’s a really good option if you’re trying to help your brain. Have you used CBD oil for your mental health and what sort of difference has it made?

I haven't used it. But I'm thinking of trying it.
What % should the oil be to be effective?

Interested to follow too as a lifelong anxiety sufferer.

I have used it but only for 2 months. It didn't do anything for me sadly. I have migraines and low mood. I'm already on AD. Nothing changed for me. Not sure if I needed to trial it for longer🤷🏻‍♀️

I tried it for anxiety. It was an expensive one too, pure and quite strong but didn't work at all for me.

I have been using a CBD oil over the last few weeks and I appreciate how fast a hit helps in calming me. I have had mild anxiety pretty much my entire but have over the years learned to manage it. It was all going great until a few months ago when I got a family of my own and suddenly I could not stop worrying about what could go horribly wrong at work or at home or to my job and family. The stakes, in my mind, were high and I knew I had to do something about it. Having sought remedies in the past, I was hesitant to go back to anti-anxiety prescriptions since I had had a not-so-nice experience with them. They got me spacey and I only used them in case of necessity.
Being a user of CBD oil for my skincare routine, I had obviously heard of different forms of CBD being recommended to people with mild or severe anxiety. I was, however, skeptical as I thought only marijuana could help with anxiety since it contains THC, which is responsible for the high sensation pot lovers seek. I decided to experiment with CBD by starting with gummies and tinctures but was disappointed as none of them gave me anything close to the calmness I desired. Exploring my options, I tried a water soluble CBD product and I was sold within a minute of using it. Barely a minute into the first serving, the feeling of uneasiness began to wane and I felt considerably calm.
Since my little discovery, I have been using the water soluble at least eight times a day, with several drops in the morning to calm me as I plan my day. It also comes in handy during the day when I encounter instances that escalate my panic. I have also noticed that I am more active and I engage in more activities simply because I feel a little more in the moment and with little worry. Although I still like cycling to stay in shape and help with my mental well-being, I like that CBD oil is one more thing in my routine that gets me going.

What brand and % do you use please?

Personally, I use Evolution's CBD topicals -- the 250 mg is my goto. When you say "%", I'm assuming you're talking about the CBD % within the product itself? Each batch is different but most reputable CBD companies will have their lab reports so you can gather than information before purchasing. Hope this helps.

I used the 1500mg oil from karma coast. it "cured" me of anxiety that had been building significantly over a number of months. I was almost at the point of not leaving the house and took 4 drops a day in the morning.. after about 2 weeks I felt significant fly better and after 3 months I've given it up and not needed any more.
