Hello All
It's nearly 4am and I'm laying here feeling pretty chuffed with myself. I suffer with anxiety and have been really struggling this pass week with my sleep. It all came to a head on Thursday where I had to go to the doctors and be put back on my tablets and be signed off work, as I just wasn't sleeping.
I've reintroduced sleep hygiene for the last two nights and I'm please to say I had a decent night's sleep Thursday night and tonight Ive had a solid 5 hours. That has to be is a win. Yes I've woke at 2.45 but I'm really pleased with that and it's all work in progress. Any advice for drifting back to sleep? I was woke by needing the toilet so I had to leave my bed which didn't help really.
