Nhs therapy for ocd / anxiety

Has anyone else had therapy via phone through nhs for ocd and anxiety
The wait for one to one was months so opted for phone ( wait times was a few weeks ) have first call soon but don’t know what to expect

Mine was really good. He recommended CBT for me and also made me realise how much I’m concentrating on hypothetical thoughts....

It went ok thanks . Recommended cbt as well. But we seemed to run out of time quite quick and connection wasn’t great for last 10 mins but feel it’s a positive Step to take . Glad yours went well
