Vomiting from Sertraline dose increase

I've been on 50mg for a long time and decided to increase to 100mg a couple of days ago. Today can't keep any food down at all. Retching bile. It's horrible. My symptoms were minimal with 50mg so I'm a bit surprised. Has anyone had this and how long does this bit last?! Thank you

Bit of a jump. Perhaps break one in half and do it more slowly?
