Any ideas for stuff to do to give oneself a boost?

I'm feeling a little down on myself, and am after ideas for stuff to do to make me feel better about myself. Am accessing all the professional help and meds available etc.

Walk in nature. Sounds corny but it's proven to be the beat thing for you, preferably somewhere quiet and in sunshine. I know it's difficult in winter but try to leave any large areas of skin exposed such as arms.

Oh and I found a thing that gave me a boost! It was an afternoon of intimacy, affection and passion with a friend. I felt wanted Smile. Going to do that more often Grin
