Is there anything that could help?

I'm not really sure what's wrong but I keep waking up every morning at about 3 or 4 a.m. crying. Really sobbing. I can't seem to stop and it's as though I'm watching myself do it. Eventually it stops but I don't really go back to sleep. I'm also very teary throughout the day - not bursting into tears or anything, but feeling teary. As though my head is full of water.

Is there something wrong with me, that could be sorted by a doctor, or do I just have to wait for this to pass? The early waking has been going on a few weeks and the teariness a bit longer - maybe a few months.

Thank you.

Hi you sound stressed and possibly depressed. I realised that when I was crying every day and constantly teary, I wasn't right. Make an app with your gp now. Please do it, it will help x
