Has anyone ever had any dealings with them? I have my first meeting on Thursday and just wondering what to expect.

I'm doing a maternal anxiety group with the Perinatal mental health team and it's excellent

Has anyone been out to your house? I've got them coming to see me for the first time and just don't know what to expect at all. What do you do with them in the group if you don't mind me asking?

Yes one of them (A HV who specialises in mental health) came to mine to talk about the group and what I needed, weather it would be good for me. The group is run by a pycholgist and the HV. We take our babies to the group and do mindfulness while we are interacting with them, we talk about our anxieties and we learn about infant development, attachment etc and what they need from us. It's actually a very relaxing and refreshing group

Oh that sounds really good. How long have you been doing that for? Has it made much difference?
