Anxiety peircing advice please

Anyone had the anxiety peircing did it work for anyone?

Do you mean a daith piercing? I've heard mixed reviews of its use in treating migraines, but never heard of it being used to alleviate anxiety.

Theres no clinical evidence if you're referring to daith piercings.

It's also meant to relieve anxiety but Has to be done by a pro I'm going on Monday as I'm at the end of my tether with anxiety not sure if it's the daith but it is a peircing in the ear I know of two people who where suicidal that got it done and instantly felt better

Yes he's made an emergency referral to a mental health team and put me on buscipone too I'm still not good x

I had the shenmen done which is the one for anxiety (also have daith for migraines). Only had it done recently so can't tell you if it's worked or not but just to make sure you get the right one done!
