I was diagnosed with cPTSD this year, I'm on waiting lists for counselling and therapy.
Naively, I thought I could 'fix' myself, myself! Positive mindset and whatnot.
However, the last three weeks I've had complete burnout. Fed up, emotional, worried, paranoid, as everything about Christmas triggers a lot of bad stuff for me.
Does anyone have any tips/advice on what to do when it gets too much? Has anyone had similar or going through it?
