self help for anxiety

Hello,

My son is 18 and has been experiencing an anxiety disorder since he was about 14. He will not seek medical help, so I am looking for a few resources that he could use as self-help.

Currently, he is locked into rituals of checking, exercising, counting and so on and he does admit that his mental health is 'not good'.

Is there anything he could download onto his phone or any quite visual books people would recommend (he is put off by very 'wordy' text) that could help him?

Thanks

He'd likely really benefit from seeking help. However I know how tough that can be.

In therapy I was directed to www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources which has workbooks and sheets etc that I found really useful and I found them a good balance of simple but useful
