That's it really.

My mental health has been rock bottom since February and doesn't seem to be making much improvement, despite medication; psychology; EMDR; ECT...

I can't imagine continuing my days the way I feel.

What do I do?

Have you been back to your GP and told them how you feel? Maybe try some different medication or a different style or therapy. Did they give you any coping strategies? Take one day / one hour at a time and try doing things which make you feel good to start with and build from this. I hope you find something to help x
