Hi all!
My partner and I are trying to conceive. I have been on one medication or another for the above since 17 years old and am almost 28. Tried to come off citalopram gradually the past year with doctors support (as have been in a really good place with life and moods for a while)and got down to 10mg before my mental health seriously declined.
I now take 50mg of sertraline. My mood has improved but the depression episode seems to have triggered serious anxiety.
I'm getting mixed messages about taking meds and being pregnant so any info or support about being pregnant and taking meds would br greatly appreciated!

I was on the max dose of sertraline throughout my pregnancy and ever since; no issues at all and a decision that was fully supported by every doctor/midwife I saw. That and Prozac are normally the ones recommended as being safest. Good luck with TTC.

@mynameiscalypso snap! 200mg of Sertraline through both pregnancies and basically all the time. No problems with the pregnancies, just the standard side effects.

Thank you both! X
