What physical symptoms are you experiencing as a result of your mental health issues?

I have been suffering from poor mental health for a long time. One of the things which exacerbates my anxiety is the constant flow of physical symptoms.
I have tried (and failed!) CBT, had counselling and try every day to listen to some kind of meditation/relaxation app but I still can not break the vicious cycle. I exercise, don’t drink, smoke or take any kind of drugs.
My main issue are gut problems (IBS), Ive had endless tests but am always told it’s ‘just’ IBS. Again I have tried everything available for these gut issues but they are on going/never ending, along with jaw issues/teeth grinding, headachy, exhaustion, general aches and pains, muscle tension most days.
A couple of weeks ago I had a scan on my upper digestive tract and they found a cyst on one kidney and I’ve got to wait to see what urology want to do about it, so of course my anxiety is sky high atm and subsequently so too are my physical symptoms.
Can I ask what are the physical symptoms you suffer from as a result of anxiety/depression and what tips can you give that I may not have tried yet?

Sorry to hear you are suffering.

I get the jaw pain and teeth grinding. And a bit of a dodgy stomach when my anxiety is really bad.

I'm not sure what to suggest as you seem to be doing all the recommended things.

I get IBS too. It’s a horrible cycle because the ibs makes me anxious and then the anxiety gives me ibs and so on and so on... I get migraines too.

My anxiety manifests physically. I worry a lot too but I potter a lot and rarely sit still.

Jaw pain, teeth grinding, tension everywhere especially shoulders and neck (v.common with anxiety), acid reflux, IBS, RSI

Things that help:
Morning and evening stretch routine
Monthly massage (when I can afford it)
The Ten Mindful Movements:

Low FODMAP and Low Histamine diet: www.foodsmatter.com/digestive_conditions/ibs-general/articles/ibs-histamine-diet-allowed-foods-05-18.html

Also the Monash App which says what portion size is Low FODMAP.

Taking a broad based Digestive Enzyme (Lamberts do one called Digestyme).

Most probiotics produce histamine in the body, except for L Plantum which I've been trying (not sure if helping or not).

I also take vitamin D which helps anxiety , and I use an SAD lamp and I try and eat lots of fresh food.

Basically loads of things I put down to a neuro Disease that will slowly kill me

Numbness inside shoulder
Fuzzy headaches
Twitches
Floaters in eyes
Constant worry about health

I'm wondering this 3rd time I've had these symptoms ... if I'll ever get past worrying about neuro illnesses now that I know things like MS come and go just like anxiety ... so how will I ever know I don't have MS And I do have anxiety ...
