I'm really struggling at the moment. I've been on antidepressants for 8 years and for the past couple of years been managing ok.
The past couple of weeks I've felt anxiety and depression gradually increase. I know I'm struggling but I don't know how bad it is or what to do?
How do I know if my thoughts are the reality or my brains twisted interpretation and that when I'm well I'll realise it was an overreaction or untrue thought?
