Yep, with knobs on. As per my response to another thread - at it's worst, can't eat, sleep, function, hear falls out, bleeding gums, loose teeth and just want to collapse and end it all.

I find Mirtazapine helped me get back into a sleeping pattern and certainly chilled me out some, but I couldn't think straight, process information or concentrate, which was no use for my job whatsoever, which requires all those things in spades, Plus it made me very angry and actually more depressed.

How do you find it - does it help? How is the amitryptyline?

I take it that because you are posting here that they aren't working?

It's such an eye rolling response so forgive me, but it might be worth going back to your GP and asking for a different drug to try?

I'm on Sertraline for my anxiety, only started it two weeks ago but it has helped a bit already. I have anxiety around my health too, mostly fear of heart attack, I am convinced most days I am having one and it sets me off into a panic attack. I also hate being in crowded places. I'm finding life a struggle at the moment and I am hoping the Sertraline kicks in full force soon

I get this too, it's awful - googling non atop and I usually fit symptoms to a neuro disease even after an MRI, I've also had worries over cancers and stuff, it's only stuff that will slowly kill me I worry over basically!
