Whether to increase Citalopram dosage?

Has anyone increased from 20mg and did it help at all? Did you experience horrible side effects? Xx

I have been on 20mg for years. I had horrendous side effects going from 10 to 20mg. I have just increased to 30mg and apart from some teeth clenching l haven't experienced any issues.

Did you find increasing a help?

I would try to 30mg, although I know someone who found it helpful to up to 40.

I've only just increased so no effect yet
