My BF's DD had a still born last year and was terribly ill during this pregnancy, she bled most of the way through. She is only tiny wee thing and eventually had a C section after complications and had a 10lb baby.

She is like like DD to me, and my BF and I could see she was "struggling", also she didn't have the support from hospital and ended up not BF

However at last she has been diagnosed with PND and given medication. My BF and I keep saying "Please log into mumsnet, what you are feeling is not unusual"

Her baby is now 6 weeks, she went to Slimming World when she was 2 weeks!! In my humble opinion I think she is too scared to get too close in case she "looses" this baby as well.

I am going to see them on Sunday and thought if I could print out some of your lovely ladies thoughts. I would help her feel she is not an unfit mother and she is not going mad.

Thanks Thanks in advance!!
