I've been on 20mg daily for 9 years (ish), tried to come off them with an organised regime several times and failed miserably. Got into a routine where I would take 5 out of 7 most weeks and was absolutely fine.
At the start of this month I moved house, stuff into storage, holiday at boyfriends for 9 days and now at parents house. Just realised that I've been forgetting to take the tablets (missed three days in a row so far this week - presumably because I'm living out of suitcases in other peoples houses and haven't got a routine of any sort!
How long do side effects take to kick in? I'm in the final stages of an horrendous cold which located itself in my ears and throat so feeling weird anyway.
