Prozac

I started on Prozac yesterday as i have postnatal depression.
How long does it take before feeling a difference? I actually slept through the night last night for the first time in so long. Could they be helping already?

OP I started Prozac on Monday and also slept very well through to the night (and most of the day) I have been feeling drowsiest and fatigued but definitely not as stressed as before.

GP said it takes about 2-3 weeks to work so maybe it’s Placebo but as long as it works who cares?
