Can I see the notes my NHS psychodynamic psychotherapist made on my treatment? If so how do I request them?
I received 1 year of psychotherapy, i'm really lucky I know but its just dipping your toe in. In my final session I should have asked what is wrong with me. I'm not desperate to get a label but I am very unhappy and looking for some guidance. Maybe there is nothing they can say but I am lost as to what to do. Since that finished I have just been carrying on with my AD's which I have been on for years and I get on repeat prescription, although I am feeling very low and anxious recently which I think may be seasonal. I am due to see my GP in a week.
