I'm feeling very down today and my Dh is working late tonight.
I need to try and distract myself until he comes home later Sad. Any good ideas?

Thanks @MarshaBradyo I have Netflix so will give that a try.

Watch something you know makes you laugh or music you associate with being happy. That always lifts my mood. I was laughing out loud at Uk gold the other night. Can’t mind what it was but it was great Smile

Thanks @Elieza Smile

You could clean something- being physically active in some way might help.

Hope you’ve found something to occupy yourself for a bit. I was laughing out loud at something on Mumsnet earlier. Won’t be laughing tomorrow when I’m up at half six as it’s nearly eleven pm and I’m still not in my bed.....I will regret this late weeknight readathon lol Grin g’dnite!
