Work making me ill

Hi. I feel my mental health is sliding due to issues at work. Our company made redundancies this year and half my team went, including other admin staff. I applied to stay and certain promises were made in relation to how the new team would work. Basically, I am now doing the lion's share and have had to have time off work with stress. I've attempted to speak to my boss several times but to no avail and now it's beginning to make me feel like an emotional idiot who is causing trouble. I've never been one to cause trouble before but I'm not coping with the workload. I've started to have panic attacks and my anxiety is awful. I also feel people are looking at me and thinking I'm just a pain in the arse, including my boss. I hate how this is making me feel about who I am as a person and I'm now very angry that noone is listening. Does anyone have any advice on this?. Many thanks.

Ask for your JD to be reviewed. If its been a while its gone beyond being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
