I’m signed off work with stress and low mood. I’m being bullied by a new manager, that’s just the fact of the matter. I don’t need a handhold for the wok matters, I need it for life!
I’m now off and sprinkling thinking about work- what has happened, what could happen blah blah. Meanwhile II’m not eating or sleeping properly, my house is a mess, my finances are a mess. I need a handhold, or even just to post, to pull myself back together. To tidy up. To look at my bank account, open my mail, cook a meal.
I think writing it here helps. I just need to do it.
