Posting for handhold re: anxiety and work bully

Hi
I’m signed off work with stress and low mood. I’m being bullied by a new manager, that’s just the fact of the matter. I don’t need a handhold for the wok matters, I need it for life!
I’m now off and sprinkling thinking about work- what has happened, what could happen blah blah. Meanwhile II’m not eating or sleeping properly, my house is a mess, my finances are a mess. I need a handhold, or even just to post, to pull myself back together. To tidy up. To look at my bank account, open my mail, cook a meal.
I think writing it here helps. I just need to do it.

Not sprinkling thinking- spiralling!
I’ve changed the bed it’s a small win. But still having the anxiety sweats and headache.

Workplace bullying is hideous - are you a member of a union that you could talk to about it?

Forget about tidying up or doing housework - but I would recommend looking at your finances. How about contacting these people: www.mentalhealthandmoneyadvice.org/en/ and plan a really nice reward for yourself after you've taken the first step. It doesn't have to be something that costs money - phone a friend for a chat or eat a bar of chocolate whilst in a bubble bath for example.
