Inattentive type.

And how has it helped you?

No medication. I have tried:
Omega 3 and vit E - helps focus and speech
High strength Vitamin C - rocket fuel for my brain
Caffeine - ruins my memory and doesn't agree with my stomach
Coenzyme q10 - helps cells release energy, really helps my focus and brain fog, especially keeping going after 4pm
Exercise - biggest help, hardest to keep up
More water - helps
7 hours sleep - really helps, not good to slip for too long
Ginger - really helps in the mornings with focus
Vit B complex before bed- helps with nerves and getting up, not meant to take all the time
Inositol - stomach didn't like it, couldn't focus or sit still
Mediterranean diet - helps

There is some research trying to determine if ADHD is a condition of oxidative stress. And, if so, this is one reason some choose to take CoQ10 which acts as an antioxidant. However, check with your doctor on all new supplements. And, one other thing to note is that forms of CoQ10 that are water and fat-soluble absorb better.

That's fascinating, I may order some more.
