Eating issues

I've been trying to lose weight and normal diets haven't been working. I'm now eating nothing apart from one 400 cal slim well meal from Monday to thursday. On Friday I have nothing all day and then a chicken kebab and wine at night. Saturday and Sunday I have what I like. I've occasionally made myself sick at the weekend because I feel I've eaten too much. I'm losing weight doing this, but I'm feeling like I am on the precipice of an eating disorder.

Hi,
really not an expert but this does not sound to healthy. But then again its not that far from a 600Kc 5/2 diet.
Do you think you are getting enough vitamins/minerals/fats/ etc?

Seriously, if you are making yourself sick because you think you have been eating too much, you need to go to the doctors. That is very worrying. Be honest. Ask for help.

You'll never lose weight that way, your body will start clinging on to what it's got left.

Have you ever suffered with an ED previously?

This is not good, get help, it's there if you want it and are willing Thanks

It's not true that I won't lose weight that way, metabolism is more complex than that. Fasting is actually a really good way of lowering insulin which has a significant effect on weight gain. However I have had bulimia historically. I do not meet clinical criteria for it now as it's no more than once a week.

Shit. Why do they always wait until people are nearly killing themselves before they will help?
