I really need to talk to someone ASAP who isn’t a 30 year old with a few handouts- an older female therapist who understands marriage, divorce, kids path SEN etc. I’m
Feeling desperate and so tired and I really need a recommendation as my gp seemed clueless and I don’t trust private therapists without a recommendation?

Thank you Schwitters... I’m in Richmond upon Thames. I’ve had one poor experience s in the past with therapists and now that I’m in my 40s and feel like I am just drowning and can see anything worth all the daily toil and difficulty with two small vulnerable children and no support I really can’t put my trust and the fading energy I have in talking to a charlatan or one one who makes is experience: someone who knows about autism, family dynamics and toxic relationships I’d what I need. So sorry for my children. I wanted something so much better for them.

Schwitters you are immensely kind- both of these people look really promising. I will contact them. Thank you so much.
