Sertraline

Hi all,
I've just been prescribed 50mg of sertraline due to health anxiety surrounding me and my son since he was born.
I took one a few hours ago and it's made me feel very very strange and spaced out, agitated, and drowsy but not tired? Anybody else had this?

Yes these are common side effects.

Yes, I started on 25 mg for two weeks and felt like this with nausea for a couple of days but the effects kicked in quickly and has massively helped with my anxiety wish I'd done it years ago

Yes, the first couple of weeks were horrible, but after that it really worked for me
