How can I help my husband get out if his anxious place? He had a septoplasty last November and has not been himself since .The. anxiety before the op was bad enough ( he was on Valium for a few weeks before the op) and now suffers from anxious spells every so an then. This manifests with insomnia bouts. Anyone got any suggestions please. His doctor has prescribed zoplicone to aid sleep but I am worried he will become addicted
Thanks

You should only use zopiclone for a few nights because they are addictive. They do work but I found they lowered my mood the next day.
Is he on any other medication? If not, there are herbal sleeping aids but you can't take them if you are on some medications.

Lavender-scented things in the bedroom are supposed to aid sleep.

How much time does he spend outside in the fresh air during the day?

Probably not enough to be honest he works in an office all day long

Lush sleepy lotion my ds swears by it. Lavender spray for pillow. No gadgets in the bedroom the light from them messes with your sleep patterns.

I listen to netflix with the cover on my tablet closed with a wireless ear bud in, that sends me off to sleep without disturbing OH.
