Citalopram and bed sharing.

I have just been prescribed Citalopram for PND. This means I won't be able to bed share with DS (four months). I am really sad about this as its something we do that has really helped bonding through the PND and it seems counteractive. I guess I really want to know if taking the Citalopram will be worth losing out on something that makes me genuinely happy at a pretty negative time in my life.

Hi. I'm on citalopram too. Why can't you share a bed anymore? I don't understand, sorry.

Maybe I am overthinking it, but it's advised that you don't take drugs when you bed share? Particularly ones that might make you feel sleepy? If I'm being honest, I hoping to hear someone say it's okay to do both.

Hi. They don't make you sleepy! I take mine in the morning. I think you will be fine.

I have been on Citalopram for a few months and still bedshare with my LO. It's been fine & meant I can get some precious sleep. HTH.

People react differently.
Those knocked me out and when awake I was hallucinating.
