Would anyone be interested in a CBT support thread?
I thought maybe we could discuss which CBT (or related) techniques have worked for us and encourage each other to stick at them!
(Where I'm coming from: I've been depressed for about 7 years, done soooo many rounds of CBT therapy, learned loads of great techniques which do work, but I have huge difficulty persisting with anything longterm, so end up backsliding which can be a bit disheartening).
