I can't believe it. It's crept up on me - disguised as stress. I don't think I can ignore it anymore.

What I really want this time around is real life support from people who have been through it. I had a person but we got too emotionally close so we ceased the friendship. He was married and it was the right thing to do.

Where do find real life, face to face support and companionship for the horrid journey? All ideas welcome.

I used to be very embarrassed about it, so wouldn't talk about it. Once I started talking about it, I was amazed at how many people had it / had experienced it in the past. You could also ask your GP if there are any local support groups.
