Hi all. I'm hoping someone out there could give me a bit of advice. We've been treated awfully by my Brother-In-Law to the point we have to leave the house we are renting from him and move in with friends. I am an absolute nervous wreck after the whole situation and can't seem to function. I feel physically sick and am shaking all the time (for the last four days). I'm dreading going to work tomorrow. Is it a case of I'm being pathetic and need to dust myself off and move on or do I need help? Would appreciate any advice

No, you are not being pathetic.
You are going through a stressful time and have been tense and worrying.
It's no wonder you feel anxious. It's good you've recognised it. Don't go to work. Instead, see your doctor for advice before it gets worse. Never ignore these signs and just try to soldier on because your body and mind won't let you for long.
The anxiety is there to warn you, just like pain warns you when you are ill or injured so that you will be alerted to the problem.
